The combined company was rebranded SpaceXAI in Jul 2026 and completed its Nasdaq IPO (SPCX) on 12 Jun 2026 at $135 a share, closing the first day near $161 for a market capitalisation around $2.1T. Colossus 1 is leased in full to Anthropic at $1.25B a month through May 2029; xAI trains on Colossus 2. Grok 5 remains unreleased and its parameter count has not been disclosed.
