AIHub Switzerland is a non-profit association. We do not charge for access, sell products, carry advertising, or accept paid placement in any listing, ranking, or comparison on this site.

AIHub is an information and education platform about artificial intelligence and its governance. It publishes reference material on regulatory regimes, tools, vendors, case studies, and practice, and it offers courses through the Academy.

Most of it is free and public. A few sections ask you to sign in, and certificates require approved membership.

This is the most important term on this page, so it is not buried at the bottom.

Everything published here — the compliance library, the consulting toolkit, the artefact templates, the platform pages, and the Academy — is general information. It is not legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship arises from reading it or from corresponding with us.

Whether a particular obligation binds your organisation depends on facts we do not know. Regulatory texts are amended, transposed differently across jurisdictions, and interpreted by authorities in ways that published guidance does not always anticipate. We cite primary sources so you can check them, and we date material that is time-sensitive, but a citation is a starting point for your own analysis rather than a substitute for it.

Before you act on anything here, take advice from someone qualified in the relevant jurisdiction who has seen your actual circumstances.

We research against primary sources — the official journal, the regulator, the standards body — rather than restating secondary summaries, and we mark statements that depend on a date.

Even so, this material can be wrong or out of date, and we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate, or current. Where a framework is proposed, lapsed, repealed, or awaiting entry into force, we say so, because the status of a regime is often the single fact that matters most.

We link extensively to vendor sites, company pages, research papers, regulatory texts, and learning resources, and we describe products and organisations we have no relationship with.

A link is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a statement that a vendor's claims are true. Descriptions of third-party products reflect what we could verify from public sources at the time of writing. Names, logos, and trade marks belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being discussed.

We are not responsible for content on sites we link to.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account.

Please give accurate information, particularly the name you want printed on a certificate. Do not share an account, do not attempt to reach other people's data, and do not use automated means to extract material from the site at a scale that degrades it for other readers.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the site, to impersonate someone, or to obtain a certificate dishonestly. Where we do, we will tell you why.

You can close your account at any time by emailing info@aihubswiss.org.

Courses are offered as they stand. We may revise lesson content, and we may change the structure of an assessment, though we will not invalidate a certificate already issued because the course later changed.

Assessments have an attempt limit and a waiting period between attempts, both shown before you start. Attempting to obtain a pass by sharing questions, using a second account, or any comparable means voids the attempt and any certificate obtained from it.

A certificate issued here is a **Certificate of Completion**. It records that you completed a course and passed its assessment on this site. It is **not** an accredited qualification, a professional certification, a licence, or a regulatory credential, and it is not recognised by any certification body or regulator. Please do not describe it as one.

Claiming a certificate publishes a verification page carrying your name. What that page shows, and what it does not, is set out in the privacy notice, linked at the foot of this page.

We may revoke a certificate obtained dishonestly, and will do so at your request.

The artefact templates and playbooks are free to use inside your own organisation, including commercially — that is what they are for. Fill them in, adapt them, and put your own name on the result.

What we ask is that you do not republish our material as your own work, or resell it as a product in itself. Quote us with attribution and a link.

Regulatory texts, standards, and third-party material referenced here remain subject to the rights of their publishers. In particular, ISO and IEC standards are copyright works sold by those bodies: we describe what a standard requires, and we never reproduce its clause text.

We run this on a best-effort basis and give no uptime commitment. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because something broke.

We may change, move, or withdraw sections. Where a change would lose work you have done — Academy progress, for instance — we will give notice where it is practical to do so.

To the extent Swiss law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including decisions taken on the basis of material published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional wrongdoing, or for gross negligence. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

How we handle personal data is set out separately, in detail, in the privacy notice. It forms part of these terms.

We update these terms when what the site does changes. The date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply; where a change materially affects members, we will say so rather than let it pass silently.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Zurich, Switzerland.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
