Huawei

Huawei is China's principal domestic alternative to NVIDIA for AI training and inference silicon. It began mass shipments of the Ascend 910C in 2025, built on SMIC's enhanced 7nm process, and its CloudMatrix 384 rack system links 384 Ascend 910C chips for roughly 300 BF16 petaFLOPS, which reporting places above NVIDIA's GB200 NVL72 at the rack level.
